MOVE, SING & RELAX 

A specially curated, mini retreat day for women of all ages and life stages, with Lindsey Joy from Singing Mamas; Molly Grey from Molly Freelance Dance, and Rachel Orange from Akasha Yoga & Therapies. 

Event headlines: 

- Sunday 24th January, 11am-3pm. 

- Held at the beautifully scenic and light filled Newton & Bywell Community Hall, Northumberland. 

- £30pp (£31.75 with b.f) general admission (adults 18+) / £15pp (£16 with b.f) young women 12-18 & low incomes. 

- Incl. refreshments & snacks but please bring a packed lunch. 

- No experience necessary, and all levels of ability are welcome.
